Quickest Chinese bhel
For making the homemade, easiest Chinese bhel, all you need is some veggies, some sauces and 20minutes.
Requirements:
1. Noodles
2. Refined oil
3. Tomato ketchup, chilly sauce and soya sauce
4. Capsicum, onion, tomato, cabbage (and spring onion*)
5. All purpose flour,
6. salt and pepper to taste.
How to make:
1. Crisp the noodles:
For that, boil the noodles in water with pinch of salt and some spoons of oil. Once the noodles are soft and boiled properly, drain out the excess water and let them rest for some 10minutes in open until they are dry.
Once the noodles are completely dry and easily seperable, spread some all purpose flour(maida) in a large plate and dust the noodles with that so they could be fried easily. Deep fry noodles when the oil is hot enough. Fry till they acquire a goldenish tinct.
2. Chop some onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cabbage. In another pan pour 2-3spoons of oil or butter, and shallow fry these vegetables till they become soft.
3. In another bowl, mix some ketchup, chilly sauce and a spoon of soya sauce (add them as per your taste).
Pour this sauce mix, in the pan with vegetables.
In a plate, crumble those fried noodles, pour some of your vegetable mix and sauces and add a pinch of salt and pepper to that. Mix them well. Garnish with spring onions and onions. Serve before they get soggy.
